Description of the attraction
Agia Paraskevi (also known as Platanias Beach) is an excellent sandy beach with a well-developed tourist infrastructure on the southern coast of the Greek island of Skiathos, about 7-8 km south-west of the administrative center of the island of the same name. The beach got its name from the nearby small church of St. Paraskeva.
Agia Paraskeva Beach is considered to be one of the best beaches on the island, and you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay here - sun loungers and sun umbrellas, changing rooms and showers, excellent hotels and cozy apartments, as well as many excellent restaurants, taverns and bars.
