Description of the attraction
The Marine Park in the city of Burgas is a popular tourist attraction. The length of the park is 7 kilometers along the sea coast. Thus, excellent seascapes open from the central park alley.
For rest and relaxation in the Marine Park there are benches that cover the shady lush crowns of trees. In addition to relaxing rest, it will be interesting to walk in the park - there are monuments to eminent historical figures not only in Bulgaria, but also in Europe. Among other things, you can see a bust of Adam Mickiewicz, a Polish poet. He visited Burgas in 1850. Also, the park alleys are decorated with unusual sculptural works of modern authors.
In addition, there is an open area in the park - the Summer Theater, with a total capacity of at least 2,500 people. Cultural events are regularly held here: evenings of modern and folklore music, festivals, theatrical performances. There is a zoo and a small casino not far from the Summer Theater.
There are special playgrounds for children in the Marine Park, and cafes and restaurants for adults. In addition, from the park you can go straight to the center of Burgas.
