- return flight tickets with exact date of departure.
If children under the age of nine travel with their parents and they are entered in the passports of the father or mother, then they do not need a visa. Otherwise, a visa is issued for each child.
If you plan to live in Java from a month to six months, you will need a long-term visa. You need to get it in advance, even before departure to the island.

Transport in Java: what you need to know
You can take a special bus from the airport to the city center, and then the choice of a means of transportation depends on personal preferences.
- It is convenient to travel around the capital Jakarta by public transport. There is no metro in the city, but mini-buses are constantly moving along its streets. It must be remembered that you cannot buy a route map.
- Bemo minibuses are most often found in the provinces. The "danger" of such a trip is that the driver, having received a certain payment from the passenger, can go to the place he needs. And protests from other passengers are not accepted.
- Auto-sellers will take the client wherever he needs. Bargaining is appropriate here.
- A motorcycle taxi is a more comfortable type of transport, but it is expensive. Although the price can be brought down.
- There are also official taxis, but they are constantly stuck in city traffic jams. At the same time, downtime is also paid.
Java hotels
The hotel must be booked in advance, as it is impossible to obtain a visa without confirming the reservation. Upon arrival, you can, of course, rent your reservation and look for cheaper accommodation. For example, there are inexpensive guesthouses here, but even here it is necessary to agree on accommodation in advance. Alternatively, there are mini-hotels, tourist lodges. As a rule, such housing is rented by private traders and a light breakfast is included in the rental price.
