Waterfalls of the Czech Republic are more than 200 both small and stately waterfalls, which are scattered throughout the country and are available for visiting to everyone (they are included in tourist routes).
Bila Strzh
This waterfall consists of several cascades, with a total height of 13 m (the height of the highest level is 7 m). And guests will be able to feel its power from the observation deck built above Bila Strzh. It is worth noting that there are hiking trails next to the waterfall (you can choose hiking or cycling routes). So, you can use the red tourist trail, 4 km long (starts from the Black Lake).
Satina Falls
They are represented by three cascades (elevation difference - up to 3 m), located in a gorge, the depth of which is 15 m. The Satina River, which forms waterfalls, flows through the protected area, therefore there are benches for guests where you can take a break, and a staircase that allows you to descend to the foot to observe this natural wonder from a closer distance.
Labskiy waterfall
This 35-meter waterfall has rapids in the upper reaches of the Elbe River. Travelers will be able not only to see the streams of water rushing down from a height, but also the remains of the reservoir (previously, water was held here in order to raise the sluice and “open” the waterfall).
Panchavsky waterfall
Its waters rush down from a height of 148 meters, but when the ice melts, the water in the river rises and this figure rises to 160 m. A red hiking trail from the Labskoy base, about 1 km long, leads to the waterfall. Above the Panchavsky waterfall, guests will find an observation deck - from there they will be able to admire not only the falling water streams, but the entire valley and Bald Mountain.
Mumlavsky waterfall
A one-stage waterfall reaches a height of 10-12 m, and a width of 10-15 m (the slope of the falling water is 45˚). It is located on the Mumlava River and occupies the territory of the Krkonoše National Park. A blue hiking trail from the bus station in Harrachov leads to the waterfall. The "seething" water washed away giant cauldrons in the rock - they are called "the eyes of the devil", which can be seen under the Mumlavsky waterfall. It is worth noting that tours are organized in the vicinity of the Mumlavsky waterfall, both for ordinary tourists and tourists with disabilities. And for those who wish, there are organized rides on bicycles or horses.
