You should definitely try the traditional Uzbek pilaf. In addition, depending on the season and the purpose of pilaf, you can try festive, summer, winter, spring pilaf. Regardless of the fact that pilaf has many varieties, they are united by the main set of products and some spices - the basis of pilaf is rice, meat, carrots, cumin and barberry.

In Uzbekistan, you should also try dough and meat dishes, such as manti and naryn.

Since the country has a wide selection of vegetables and fruits, you can taste various salads - from meat to vegetarian and dietary ones.

Hot soups (shurpa) cooked in strong broth are no less popular in Uzbekistan.
