- Barquense shuttles connect the airport to the cities of Ponte da Barca, Arcos de Valdeves, Ponte de Lima, Viana do Castelo and Esposende.

Transport companies STCP and Resende provide bus services from the airport to various parts of the city. The N120 buses run from the passenger terminal to the Guifões district of the Greater Porto, while the NN601 and 602 buses connect the airport to the city center.
