At the owl one can see a scroll on which there is an inscription: "Where the gray-haired Irtysh gets married to the Ob, a city rises behind the age-old mountain."
The main feature of the Ob and Irtysh fountain is its illumination, which illuminates the fountain at night. In summer, the Ob and Irtysh fountain fills the space around with brightly shining splashes of multicolored rainbows.
