Description of the attraction
The Eco-park "Lukomorye" was founded in 1984, and the celebration of its opening took place in 1987 on June 7 and was organized by the Sevastopol marine plant for the thirtieth anniversary of the Nakhimov region. Over the past years, a lot of things have happened in Lukomorye: a beautiful discovery, many holidays and a period of oblivion after the collapse of the Soviet Union … But with the help of the culture department of the Nakhimov Regional State Administration and the cultural complex Korabel, the difficulties were overcome.
Entrepreneur Nikolai Nikolaevich Pomogalov has been the official owner of Lukomorye since 2004. Thanks to him, in this town, in addition to fairy-tale characters, lives a real bear, a real Pig Funtik, who loves to walk in the morning in the park bringing joy and fun to those around him, as well as Yasha's raven, Gosha's donkey, turkeys, pheasants, a hawk, chickens, and indocks, swans, geese and nutria living in the pond.
Today in "Lukomorye" there is a dovecote, in which several thoroughbred, elite individuals live. An elite pedigree pigeon is a work of art that has been created over many generations over many decades, and sometimes hundreds. There are also three types of carrier pigeons that are used to convey messages. Such a pigeon has an excellent memory for its place of permanent residence, and even if it is brought far from home, it will still return to its nest at the first opportunity. The most interesting breed is the peacock pigeon, a fairly old breed from North-East India. This breed was brought to Europe more than 300 years ago.
On the territory of Lukomorye you can find many cats walking everywhere they want to.
The daily growing small town for children "Lukomorye" reminds of Pushkin's fairy tale with various characters. In 2009, a five-stage fountain appeared here. On February 14, 2009 - Valentine's Day - a reconciliation bench was installed, and on March 1 of the same year, a wedding swing was inaugurated. There is also an "Anti-crisis pillar" on which men beat with a hammer, and women - with a frying pan, earlier it served as a pillar for festive Maslenitsa fun. Then the pillar fell under demolition and only another purpose could save it. At first, the owner of Lukomorye wanted to call the pillar “anti-depression”, but then it was decided to call the pillar “anti-crisis”, in honor of the global crisis, which was very relevant at that time. In 2009, on September 12, the puppet theater "U Lukomorya" was inaugurated.
The Children's Town is not just an entertainment center for children, it is a fabulous country for children and adults, a visit to which is a fascinating and unusual journey into the stunning world of childhood. In this park, the organization of leisure is carried out in such a way that the perky and cheerful laughter of children constantly pleases parents. Boredom is simply excluded here, since the playground for children has numerous attractions, funny slot machines, theater and many other entertainments that can diversify children's rest.
