Guangzhou is the third most important city in China and one of its largest metropolitan areas, and its history dates back to 862 BC. Previously, it was the most important commercial and industrial center in the country, but recently the tourism industry has been developing here more and more actively. Indeed, despite all its ultramodernity, this city has not lost its special charm inherent in all ancient cities, so every tourist will find a lot of interesting things here. Of interest are Guangzhou's attractions, most of which are located in the province's largest amusement park, Chimelong Paradise.
Chimelong Paradise Amusement Park
This amusement park may well be considered one of the largest not only in the province, but throughout China. On its territory are located:
- international circus;
- separate amusement park;
- crocodile farm;
- aquapark;
- racing tracks for motorcycles;
- numerous swings and carousels.
The total number of attractions here has already exceeded a hundred for a long time. The main feature of Chimelong Paradise is the largest roller coaster in the country, whose height today is 97 meters. In addition, the park has its own separate hotels and restaurants, so you can literally settle here.
TV Tower Canton Tower
The Canton Tower continues the list of popular entertainment attractions in the city. The height of this colossus is 610 meters, and it is curious that its design was based on the development of the Russian engineer Shukhov.
There are observation platforms at the top of the building, where you can enjoy an unforgettable panorama and take colorful photos. The most popular entertainment here is the ascent on a special monorail that spirals around the entire building. It takes longer than the elevator, but the spectacle opens up amazing.
Another entertainment is the bungee on the 108th floor. However, this adventure is only for real daredevils.
Xiangjiang Safari Park
A piece of the wild jungle in the vicinity of the metropolis. Animals here are completely on their own, and people can only stare at them from the trailers. In fact, the railway passing through the park is its main attraction. However, the fact that wild animals here are not at all afraid of people and often come close to them, gives the walk a special spice.
