Description of the attraction
Abrai Al-Lulu, also known as the Pearl Towers, is a large residential complex in Manama, completed in 2009. The three towers are adjacent to King Faisal Highway, close to popular attractions such as Pearl Square, Bahrain WTC and Financial Harbor. The entire project covers an area of over 23 thousand sq. M.
Three towers of the residential complex are named Gold, Silver and Black Pearls. The Golden and Silver Towers are 200 meters high, each of 50 floors, accommodating one-room, two- and three-room apartments from 93 to 170 sq.m. The Black Pearl Tower rises 40 floors (160 meters) and contains three- and four-room apartments from 197 to 269 sq.m. In total, there are 860 apartments in the buildings, as well as in each tower there are two four-storey four-room penthouses with an area of 340 square meters. The project was developed by a group of architects: Jafar Tukan, Kovi Al Moayed, Habib Mudara.
Inside, Abrai Al Lulu has a two-level reception, 4 high-speed elevators, a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, solarium, children's pool and playground, a spa wellness center, barbecue facilities, a kitchen, a cinema room, a lounge, a relaxation room, a squash court. The latest system is responsible for security, and electronic proxy cards will help you navigate, which will indicate where the conference hall and business center, restaurants, shops and retail outlets are, as well as how to get into a four-story parking with a capacity of more than 1,100 cars.
