Odessa Sparkling Wine Factory is one of the oldest enterprises in the Ukrainian industry, was founded in 1896 and to this day is a successfully operating company, whose products are known all over the world. Initially, the distillery was named "Henry Rederer's Champagne Factory", and was engaged in the production of sparkling wine according to the classic recipe. Later, in 1952, the plant switched to the production of champagne by the tank method.
Today, the plant produces about 15 million bottles a year of this wonderful and noble drink. And all his admirers can take a several-hour excursion to the plant and see with their own eyes the peculiarities of production. So, you will get acquainted with all the stages - starting with the reception of wine material and ending with the bottling of the finished wine into bottles, you will visit all the shops where this aromatic drink is born. And you will learn that the production of wine, especially sparkling wine, is not just a technological process, but also creativity and inspiration. Indeed, it is only under the influence of these factors that the very drink is born, which becomes an adornment of any festive table.
And, of course, you can taste more than 10 types of champagne. As a rule, these are brut champagne, that is, those that do not contain sugar.
