Description of the attraction
The Hotel de Paris is a luxury hotel next to the Monte Carlo casino, opened in 1863 as part of Monaco's Social de Bains de Mer (SBM) development program under the patronage of Prince Charles III. This luxury hotel is located a few steps from the Casino Square, Monaco Harbor and the Prince's Palace.
The sculptural facade of the hotel is designed in the same style with marble colonnades and crystal chandeliers of the interior space. The complex has two restaurants, non-smoking rooms, a full-service spa and a casino. There is also a public bar with a lounge area, a sauna and Wi-Fi in the halls. The hotel has 99 rooms, divided into four groups according to type, decoration and luxury, 59 of them with sea views, there is also a presidential suite. All rooms are individually decorated and serviced around the clock.
It offers a seafront thermal spa and a private beach resort with striped houses, a five-minute bus ride away. The gastronomy of the complex is one of the best in the region. The Louis XV restaurant, housed in a Rococo building with modern touches, offers Michelin-starred dishes and wines from its own cellars with 600,000 bottles. The main restaurant of the Salle Empire serves traditional Mediterranean cuisine. The best places to enjoy breakfast, coffee or dinner are on the terrace. The upper floor of "Le Grill" with a retractable roof is ideal for a light romantic dinner. At the American Bar, you can listen to jazz performed by the orchestra in the evening.
