Tourists who are surprised to read about the strange prohibitions that await travelers by the sea in distant countries sometimes learn with disbelief that fines on the beaches of Russia for certain misdemeanors are also not uncommon.

Police are monitoring compliance with the rules on the well-maintained beaches of southern Russia. They also issue fines to violators.

You can avoid punishment if you go to remote "wild" corners, where there will be no other vacationers. But finding such secluded beaches is more and more difficult every year, so it is better to know exactly what the police have the right to issue penalties for.

Alcohol and drug use

Agree, relaxing on the beach next to a drunken company is still a pleasure! People who actively drink alcohol in the heat can behave inappropriately and put their own and others' lives in danger. Therefore, in the Russian Federation there is a law according to which it is forbidden to drink alcohol in public places: squares, playgrounds, bus stops, etc. There are beaches in this list.

The following punishments await the offenders of public peace:

  • for a bottle of beer demonstratively drunk in front of other vacationers, for a noisy booze on the seashore with an abundance of low-alcohol and strong alcoholic drinks, for drunk rest, the guilty will pay a fine of 500-1500 rubles;
  • if instead of alcohol there are drugs, you will have to pay 4000-5000 rubles;
  • if a foreigner is caught drinking alcohol, then he faces, in addition to paying a fine, expulsion from the country.

Alcoholic drinks are allowed to be enjoyed at the beach bars.

Smoking

Many people, not wanting to put up with smokers on the beaches, try to cope with the problem on their own and make remarks to cigarette lovers. If the person is adequate, he will throw away the cigarette and apologize. If not, you just need to wait for the police patrol, which will deal with violators of public order with their own methods.

By law, smoking is prohibited in the same places where there is a ban on drinking alcohol. That is, beaches also fall under the definition of a "public place". The fine for a burned cigarette in front of other tourists is from 500 to 1500 rubles.

It is advisable to avoid smoking on "wild" beaches with a lot of dry grass nearby, which is common in summer. After all, an unextinguished cigarette can cause fires. And in this case, the fine will already be issued not for smoking, but for a more serious misdemeanor.

Car on the beach

Tourists who are accustomed to traveling "savage" in their own car often drive up to the water itself. And it doesn't matter where they arrived - to a secluded sea beach or to the nearest river.

But it turns out that there is a notion of a "restricted area" around water bodies, where the presence of any vehicles is not allowed. The car should be left half a kilometer from the sea coast, 100-200 meters from the river and 50 meters from the lake.

Naturally, this does not apply to special parking lots. Usually, for official parking lots at water bodies, a covering of concrete, asphalt and similar materials is provided. That is, the soil is protected from spilled gasoline and engine oil, which will not seep into the water.

For violation of this rule, a fine of 3000-4500 rubles is provided. Moreover, a fine can be issued by many representatives of the authorities - even the fish inspectorate.

Animals

Relaxing on comfortable beaches in the company of pets is allowed, but only if you follow certain rules. The dog must be muzzled and on a leash so as not to pose a threat to other tourists. For violation of this rule, a fine is issued in the amount of 500-2500 rubles.

If a dog bites through a children's ball, tears or takes away a towel, that is, damages in some way the things of other vacationers, then the owner of an aggressive pet will have to pay a fine - 2300-2500 rubles.

It is unacceptable that cats and dogs, who came with their owners to the sea or to the river, pollute the sand. You can avoid punishment for such a violation by removing your pet. Otherwise, you will have to fork out for 1000-2000 rubles.

As you can see, different fines are issued for different violations. They can add up, and then a vacation by the water will cost unlucky tourists a pretty penny.

Dogs can swim in bodies of water on a par with their owners. This is not prohibited by law. The problem is that pets will be in the water without leashes, which means that a violation of the established rules is already on the face.

Experienced tourists recommend relaxing with pets on secluded beaches - where there are no tourists who like to scandal, shake their rights and complain to the police.
