The true gold of Bulgaria
The Golden Sands resort has existed for more than half a century on the Bulgarian Black Sea Riviera. Over the years, millions of tourists from all over the world have rested on its beaches, including many of our compatriots. Tour operators consider Golden Sands to be a reference resort with a developed infrastructure, a wide selection of hotels of different price ranges, an abundance of entertainment for guests of all ages and preferences, and decent service.
The wide beaches of the resort stretch for 3.5 kilometers. The swimming season here starts at the end of May, but the most comfortable weather conditions come in early June. The water remains warm until the end of September, and the hardest tourists can be found on local beaches in October.
Holidays in Golden Sands are ideal for active and sociable people who cannot imagine a vacation without nightclubs, active water entertainment and parties for any reason and anywhere. However, married couples with children are also often found on the golden sand of the local beaches. For kids, the resort has an amusement park with water slides and trampolines, a children's railway and other attractions.

Almost 10 kilometers of the resort's beaches are built up with several hundred various hotels, among the abundance of which any traveler can find a suitable one for taste and wallet.
The southern part of the resort borders on Nessebar and is most suitable for those tourists who are interested in antiquity and history. Most of the beach entertainment is concentrated in the central part of Sunny Beach: a water park and mini golf courses, rental of equipment for water sports and a diving center. The northern region will be more popular with wealthy guests. The hotels there are the most respectable and multi-star, the restaurants are expensive, and the golf course rivals the world's best lawns.
You can get to Sunny Beach by arriving at Burgas airport. The airfield is only 30 km away from the resort
Open-air museum
The town of Nessebar has been under the auspices of UNESCO for the past decades. The reason for this is the world-class cultural and archaeological heritage, numbering at least three thousand years of history.
In addition to walking through the luxurious ruins, the resort offers to enjoy an excursion to the temples of Nessebar. The buildings of the 5th – 9th centuries are famous for ancient frescoes and carvings of iconostases. Museum exhibitions will provide food for the mind to all fans of history. The collections include antique ceramics and gold jewelry from the millennium before last.

The best ski resort in Bulgaria
In winter, the Balkan Republic becomes no less popular with fans of alpine skiing than in summer with beach lovers. The most popular resorts, Pamporovo, Bansko and Borovets, each are good in their own way.
Bansko is the youngest, and therefore its infrastructure is the most modern, and the tracks meet all the latest safety requirements. In Bansko there is a funpark for snowboarders and ideal conditions for family recreation and teaching children to ride.
Borovets boasts the longest season suitable for winter sports - from November to the first half of May. This is the oldest winter resort in Bulgaria, on the slopes of which both beginners and pros will find a suitable track for themselves.
In Pamporovo, winters are rather mild and even in December it often rains. The weather makes adjustments, and the season on the local slopes starts only before the New Year, and ends at the end of March. On the other hand, balneological centers are open at the resort, because hot healing springs here come from the ground in large quantities.
